MARKETMUTT · INFORMATION & POLICIES
This policy explains how eligible MarketMutt users may choose to receive optional text message notifications, manage their consent, and stop messages. SMS enrollment and delivery will be available when the service launches.
Depending on the user's selections and available services, MarketMutt may send stock price movement alerts, important company news and market updates, earnings announcements and reminders, account notifications, and customer support responses. Optional market alerts are informational and educational, not personalized investment advice.
When SMS enrollment becomes available, eligible users may sign up through their MarketMutt account notification settings. To enroll, users must provide a mobile phone number, select the available message types they wish to receive, and affirmatively check an SMS consent box after reviewing the applicable disclosures. The checkbox will not be preselected. MarketMutt will record the user's consent and preferences and may require phone verification or additional confirmation before activating messages. Creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or providing a phone number for another purpose does not by itself authorize optional SMS alerts.
By affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from MarketMutt at the mobile phone number you provide for the message categories you select. Consent to optional SMS alerts is not a condition of purchasing a MarketMutt subscription. Message frequency varies based on selected stocks, notification preferences, account activity, and market conditions. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier. MarketMutt may apply service or subscription-based alert limits, which will be disclosed where applicable.
Once the SMS service is active, you may revoke your consent to text notifications by replying STOP to a MarketMutt message or by turning off the relevant SMS preferences in your MarketMutt account when that control is available. We will honor applicable opt-out requests. A final confirmation message may be sent as permitted by law. Disabling one category of optional alerts may not disable separately authorized account or support messages; users may contact MarketMutt for assistance with their messaging preferences.
Once messaging is active, you may reply HELP to a MarketMutt text message for assistance. You may also contact support@marketmutt.com or visit our Contact page. SMS enrollment, STOP, and HELP functionality will be made available in connection with the launch of the messaging service; this policy alone does not activate those features.
MarketMutt uses mobile phone numbers, consent records, and notification preferences to provide requested messages, administer enrollment and opt-outs, and support users. Information may be shared with messaging providers as needed to operate the service, but SMS subscriber information will not be sold to advertisers. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional details. Market alerts may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or unavailable, and MarketMutt does not guarantee real-time delivery or that every qualifying event will generate a message. Users should independently verify important market information before making financial decisions.
MarketMutt may revise this policy to reflect changes in messaging features, providers, or applicable requirements. For questions, email support@marketmutt.com. MarketMutt is located in North Carolina, USA and is operated by MC Corvettes, Inc. For additional information or assistance, please visit our Contact page.
