MARKETMUTT · INFORMATION & POLICIES

Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 13, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms govern your access to and use of the MarketMutt website, applications, accounts, subscriptions, stock research tools, watchlists, news content, artificial intelligence features, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and the applicable policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service. Additional terms may apply to particular features, promotions, third-party services, or subscriptions. In the event of a conflict, the more specific applicable terms will govern the relevant feature or transaction unless otherwise required by law.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZED USERS

You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. To purchase a subscription, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or obtain authorization from a person legally permitted to do so. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering or subscribing. MarketMutt may restrict access in jurisdictions where offering particular services, content, market data, or subscriptions would violate applicable laws, regulations, or licensing agreements. Use of the Service does not establish an investment advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, or other professional-client relationship.

3. DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE

MarketMutt is an educational financial information and market research platform. Depending on availability and subscription level, the Service may include stock prices, charts, historical market information, technical indicators, company profiles, financial information, market news, Roxie Ratings, research summaries, Ask Roxie AI, watchlists, alerts, notifications, comparisons, and other research tools. The availability, coverage, accuracy, and functionality of these features may change. MarketMutt does not execute securities transactions, maintain brokerage accounts, hold customer investment funds, or provide investment management services.

4. EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION — NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE

ALL MARKETMUTT CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL, RESEARCH, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. MarketMutt is not acting as a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, securities exchange, or investment fiduciary. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. References to particular securities, market conditions, price movements, investment strategies, or companies do not constitute an offer, solicitation, endorsement, or individualized recommendation to purchase, sell, or hold any investment. Users are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any financial decision in light of their own circumstances and, when appropriate, obtaining advice from qualified professionals. MarketMutt does not guarantee that any security will increase in value, produce income, or achieve a particular investment result.

5. INVESTMENT RISKS AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

Investing and trading involve substantial financial risk, including the possible loss of invested capital. Securities prices may fluctuate rapidly due to economic developments, company announcements, market conditions, geopolitical events, liquidity, volatility, or other factors. Historical returns, price trends, chart patterns, technical indicators, analyst expectations, and previous market performance do not guarantee future results. Users acknowledge that investment decisions should not be based exclusively on any single website, algorithm, rating, news report, or AI-generated explanation. Before acting on information presented by MarketMutt, users should independently verify material facts using appropriate sources, including official company disclosures and regulatory filings where relevant. Users retain sole responsibility for their investment and trading decisions.

6. ROXIE RATINGS AND PROPRIETARY ANALYSIS

Roxie Ratings are simplified analytical assessments designed to help users interpret selected market information. A Roxie Rating may consider factors such as trend, momentum, price position, relative strength, catalysts, or other criteria selected by MarketMutt. Ratings represent the output of a defined analytical process at a particular time. They are not investment recommendations, price targets, guarantees, comprehensive valuations, or predictions of future performance. A higher rating does not necessarily mean a security is appropriate to purchase. A lower rating does not necessarily mean a security should be sold or avoided. Ratings may change as underlying information changes, as data becomes available, or as analytical methodologies are revised. MarketMutt may modify its rating methodology, factor selection, weighting, presentation, or calculations. Descriptions of applicable methodologies may be provided separately through the Service.

7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND ASK ROXIE AI

Certain MarketMutt features use artificial intelligence, automated data processing, language models, or related technologies to generate explanations, summaries, and responses. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, misleading, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. AI systems may misinterpret questions, misunderstand financial context, omit important developments, or generate statements that are not supported by reliable information. Responses may differ even when users submit similar questions. MarketMutt does not represent that AI-generated output has been independently verified or reviewed by a licensed financial professional. Users must independently evaluate and verify material information before relying on it. AI responses are not personalized investment advice merely because they refer to a user's selected stocks, watchlists, research questions, or other preferences. Users should not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, confidential financial records, or other sensitive information through AI question fields. Use of Ask Roxie AI may be subject to subscription restrictions, usage allowances, technical limitations, and additional policies.

8. MARKET DATA, PRICES, CHARTS, AND INFORMATION ACCURACY

MarketMutt may obtain financial information from third-party market data vendors, exchanges, news organizations, public disclosures, financial information services, and other sources. Information may be real-time, delayed, historical, estimated, derived, incomplete, or subject to subsequent correction. Displayed prices may differ from prices available through a brokerage or securities exchange. Market data may exclude certain trading venues, transactions, securities, international markets, extended-hours sessions, or other information. Chart calculations, technical indicators, historical adjustments, and analytical outputs may vary from those provided by other services. MarketMutt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, sequencing, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of market information. The Service must not be used as the sole source for executing trades, confirming transactions, determining execution prices, or conducting activities requiring guaranteed real-time market information.

9. THIRD-PARTY DATA PROVIDERS AND LICENSING

MarketMutt may incorporate information, software, or services supplied by independent third parties. Such providers retain their respective intellectual property rights and may impose licensing conditions, usage restrictions, geographic limitations, attribution requirements, or access restrictions. MarketMutt's ability to display particular information may depend upon the continued availability of third-party licenses and services. Certain content may be modified, delayed, restricted, or removed without advance notice where required by applicable licensing arrangements. Users receive only the access rights expressly permitted through the Service. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party information, software, trademarks, or licensed content to users. Where legally applicable and properly disclosed, additional provider-specific conditions may govern certain data.

10. RESTRICTIONS ON REDISTRIBUTION AND COMMERCIAL USE

Unless expressly authorized in writing by MarketMutt and, where applicable, the relevant rights holder, users may not: • Resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit market data or licensed news content obtained through the Service. • Systematically extract, download, reproduce, or compile substantial portions of the Service's data. • Operate automated collection systems, bots, crawlers, or scraping tools that access restricted content. • Use the Service to create or operate a competing market data product. • Circumvent access controls, subscription restrictions, licensing safeguards, or technical limitations. • Remove copyright notices, trademarks, source attributions, or licensing information. • Use licensed information for automated trading, algorithmic execution, or other non-display purposes where prohibited by the applicable license. Personal use of the Service does not grant unrestricted rights to copy or redistribute its contents. Any additional rights must be established through a separate written authorization.

11. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

Certain features require account registration. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting account credentials. You agree not to share account access in a manner inconsistent with your subscription or applicable licensing restrictions. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account except to the extent prohibited by applicable law. You must notify MarketMutt promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, or fraudulent activity. MarketMutt may implement reasonable security measures, verification procedures, and account restrictions to protect the Service and its users. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. SUBSCRIPTIONS, FEES, AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

MarketMutt may offer free and paid subscription plans with different features, access levels, and usage allowances. Applicable pricing, billing frequency, included features, and material subscription conditions will be disclosed during the subscription process. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring paid subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for recurring fees and applicable taxes, subject to the terms disclosed at checkout and applicable law. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or loss of paid features. MarketMutt may modify subscription offerings or prices subject to applicable notice and consumer protection requirements. The separate Subscription & Cancellation Policy provides additional information and is incorporated into these Terms to the extent applicable.

13. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND PLAN CHANGES

Subscribers may cancel recurring subscriptions using the cancellation method provided through the Service or another method required by applicable law. The effective date of cancellation, access through the remaining billing period, and any refund eligibility will be governed by the terms disclosed at purchase, the Subscription & Cancellation Policy, and applicable law. Cancellation of a subscription does not necessarily delete the user's account. Changes between subscription tiers may affect access to features, stored settings, usage allowances, or other functionality. MarketMutt will not impose cancellation restrictions that are prohibited by applicable law. Any trial offers, promotional prices, or introductory subscriptions will be governed by the specific terms presented when offered.

14. USAGE LIMITS AND SERVICE RESTRICTIONS

Certain features, including Ask Roxie AI, may have monthly, periodic, or account-based usage limits. Usage allowances may vary by subscription level and may be adjusted prospectively in accordance with the applicable plan terms. MarketMutt may apply reasonable limits to protect system reliability, manage operating costs, prevent misuse, and comply with third-party licensing requirements. Unused allowances, rollover rights, additional question purchases, and similar features are available only when expressly included in the applicable plan. Attempts to evade usage restrictions may result in temporary limitations, suspension, or termination.

15. WATCHLISTS, USER PREFERENCES, AND STORED INFORMATION

MarketMutt may permit users to create watchlists, organize securities, save research preferences, and maintain other account information. Certain information may be stored locally in a user's browser, in MarketMutt's systems, or through a combination of storage methods. Users are responsible for maintaining independent records of information they consider important. MarketMutt does not guarantee permanent retention, recovery, synchronization, or availability of user-created watchlists or saved settings. Service changes, account termination, browser data deletion, technical failures, or subscription changes may affect stored information. Any collection or processing of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

16. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users agree not to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities involving the Service. Prohibited conduct includes: • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or restricted features. • Introducing malicious software or interfering with the Service's security. • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting account information. • Using automated tools to overwhelm, disrupt, or improperly access the Service. • Violating intellectual property rights or applicable data licenses. • Distributing unlawful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise prohibited material. • Attempting to bypass subscription payments, usage restrictions, or authentication controls. • Using the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. MarketMutt may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action to protect its users, systems, and contractual rights.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS

The MarketMutt name, Roxie branding, logos, website design, original written materials, software, graphics, and proprietary analytical features are owned by or licensed to MarketMutt. All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved. Users receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. This right does not permit reproduction, resale, unauthorized modification, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation. Third-party trademarks, logos, news articles, financial information, and other licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use MarketMutt trademarks or branding in a manner suggesting endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without authorization.

18. USER QUESTIONS, SUBMISSIONS, AND FEEDBACK

Users may submit questions, feedback, suggestions, or other information through the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such material and that doing so does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. You retain ownership of original material you submit, subject to the limited rights necessary for MarketMutt and its authorized service providers to process it and operate the Service. MarketMutt may use general feedback and suggestions to improve its products without an obligation to compensate the submitting user, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations. Personal information and AI submissions will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable service disclosures. MarketMutt does not guarantee that submissions will be treated as confidential unless expressly agreed otherwise.

19. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, LINKS, AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

The Service may provide links to third-party websites, company filings, financial news sources, brokerage websites, educational resources, or other independent services. Such links are provided for convenience or informational purposes. MarketMutt does not necessarily control, endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, security, or policies of third-party websites. Your use of external services is subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies. MarketMutt is not a party to transactions conducted independently between users and external providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

20. AVAILABILITY, MODIFICATIONS, AND INTERRUPTIONS

MarketMutt may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features as reasonably necessary for technical, operational, commercial, legal, or licensing reasons. The Service may experience outages, maintenance periods, processing delays, data interruptions, or other disruptions. MarketMutt does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access. Where required by law or applicable contractual commitments, MarketMutt will provide notice or remedies concerning material changes, discontinuations, or interruptions. Certain features may be unavailable during periods of unusual market activity or increased system demand.

21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. MarketMutt makes no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for every user's purposes. To the extent permitted by law, MarketMutt disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited. MarketMutt does not warrant that financial information, AI-generated explanations, ratings, news summaries, or analytical tools will produce any particular financial outcome. No statement made through the Service creates a warranty unless expressly established in a separate binding agreement. Nothing in this section excludes statutory warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MarketMutt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and authorized service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including lost profits, lost investment opportunities, business interruption, or loss of data, where such exclusions are legally enforceable. MarketMutt does not assume responsibility for investment or trading losses resulting from decisions made by users in reliance upon market data, Roxie Ratings, AI-generated explanations, or other informational content, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters for which exclusion is prohibited.

23. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarketMutt and its officers, directors, employees, and authorized representatives against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising directly from: • Your unlawful use of the Service. • Your material breach of these Terms. • Your infringement of another person's intellectual property or other legal rights. • Your intentional misuse of MarketMutt's systems, data, or services. This provision does not require indemnification for MarketMutt's own unlawful conduct or matters for which such obligations would be prohibited by law.

24. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

MarketMutt may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to material violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security threats, legal obligations, or licensing requirements. Where practical and appropriate, MarketMutt may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Users may discontinue use of the Service and request account closure through available account or support procedures. Termination of an account does not automatically eliminate obligations incurred before termination. Refunds, access to paid features, and treatment of stored information following termination remain subject to applicable policies and law. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property protections, lawful liability limitations, and dispute provisions, will survive as applicable.

25. PRIVACY, COOKIES, AND DATA PROCESSING

MarketMutt collects and processes certain information necessary to operate accounts, provide subscriptions, deliver services, maintain security, and support website functionality. Information handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Certain information, including questions submitted to AI features, may be processed by authorized third-party service providers as described in those policies. Users should review the applicable privacy disclosures before submitting personal information. MarketMutt may update its privacy and cookie practices subject to applicable law and required notice or consent obligations.

26. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that MarketMutt may provide account-related notices, receipts, subscription information, security communications, and legally required disclosures electronically, to the extent permitted by law. Optional promotional email and text communications will be governed by applicable consent requirements and user preferences. Where SMS features are offered, additional SMS terms may apply, including information about message frequency, charges, and opt-out procedures. Consent to optional marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing a subscription unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

MarketMutt may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, business operations, technology, licensing obligations, or applicable legal requirements. The current version will be made available through the Service. Where required by law, MarketMutt will provide advance notice of material changes and obtain any necessary consent. Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights or remedies where doing so would violate applicable law. Continued use following the effective date of revised Terms may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.

28. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact MarketMutt at support@marketmutt.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the dispute informally. Any applicable venue, jurisdiction, arbitration, or other dispute resolution provision must comply with governing law and enforceable consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms requires binding arbitration or waives class-action rights. Nothing in these Terms prevents a user from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

29. INTERNATIONAL ACCESS AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

MarketMutt primarily focuses on information concerning U.S. securities and financial markets. The Service may not be appropriate, licensed, or available in every jurisdiction. Financial information, subscription features, payment methods, market coverage, and data rights may vary depending on geographic location. Users are responsible for complying with applicable local laws when accessing the Service. MarketMutt does not represent that all content or features are authorized or available in every country. Mandatory legal rights available to users in their jurisdiction remain unaffected.

30. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect where legally permissible.

31. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND NO WAIVER

These Terms, together with the policies and additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable agreement between the user and MarketMutt concerning the Service. They supersede prior understandings concerning the same subject matter to the extent permitted by law. Failure by MarketMutt to enforce a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of its rights. Any waiver must be valid under applicable law.

32. ASSIGNMENT AND BUSINESS TRANSFERS

Users may not transfer subscription rights or account access to another person without MarketMutt's authorization. MarketMutt may transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a lawful merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of relevant business assets, subject to applicable law, privacy obligations, and consumer protections. Such a transfer will not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
